Una buona cena in casa necessita di due elementi: una preziosa pietanza abbinata ad un buon vino. Foodder è ideata per trasportarli. Ispirata ad una comune shopper essa si compone di un contenitore a forma ellittica e di una borsa per il suo trasporto. Il contenitore fa da base alla borsa e la sua forma ellittica consente di coniugare agilità nel trasporto, capienza e una gradevole esposizione della pietanza; è inoltre dotato di un piatto-coperchio che evita il rovesciamento del cibo durante il trasporto. La borsa è caratterizzata dal foro ellittico dell’impugnatura, da uno scomparto per la bottiglia di vino e da una tasca esterna per accessori. Il fissaggio tra la borsa e il vassoio è garantito da un elastico a scomparsa con un sistema di bloccaggio alle due estremità della borsa.

Foodder è realizzata in neoprene, materiale che si presta alla lavorazione artigianale e che ha elevate caratteristiche termiche per il mantenimento della temperatura del cibo. Il prototipo è stato realizzato da Guzzini.

A good dinner at home requires a valuable dish and a good wine. Foodder is designed to carry them. Inspired by a common shopper it consists of two elements: an elliptical shaped food container and a bag for transportation. The container acts as a base to the bag and its elliptical shape allows you to combine capacity, transport agility and optimal exposure of the dish; an airtight cover will prevent spilling the food during transport. The bag is characterized by the elliptical hole of the handle, from a compartment to carry the bottle of wine and an external pocket for accessories. The connection between the bag and the container is solved through an elastic which is locked at the two ends of the bag; it allows you to discover the dish to be presented with a surprise. With just one simple gesture the bag is fixed and then removed from the container. Foodder is realized in neoprene, a material that is suitable for its characteristics: elasticity, resistance to cutting, to atmospheric aging and to heat, and it also provide the possibility of precise machining for tool pouches and finally a wide color range. The prototype was made by Guzzini.
